We are confident you will be happy with your purchase, but if you are seeking a refund or exchange for any reason, please see information below.
Refunds
You must inform us within 30 days of receiving your order if you are seeking a refund. If 30 days have passed since receiving you order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned to us in unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item that is not in its original condition on reaching us will not be considered for a refund or exchange.
We're unable to accept returns on personalised items unless the item is defective or there is an error with the manufacture.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
Refund processing time
When we process your refund you'll be notified via email. We aim to process refunds for returned items within 7 business days of receipt. Please be aware that refunds made to your debit / credit card can take up to 7 business days to show in your account. These processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If your item is damaged or defective, please email pictures of the item to sales.moomooda@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving it, and I will arrange a replacement.
Returns address
Contact sales.moomooda@gmail.com for the Return Number and returns address.
You will be responsible for paying postal costs for returning your item. Postal costs will not be refunded (unless the product is damaged/faulty).
You will also be responsible for the items reaching us in good time and condition. You may want to use a trackable postal method.
