Dispatch lead time
Most of our products require personalisation option. Personalisation takes quite a bit of time to produce. Most orders we usually dispatch within 1 to 2 working days but please allow up to 5 working days.
Delivery time frame
Once your order has been dispatched, standard post usually takes 3 to 5 working days and express post usually takes 1 to 3 working days to reach a UK destination.

Currently we only post to a UK address.
Postage charges
Below are our postage charges, all sent via trackable methods:
Standard Post:
Orders up to the value of £30, postage charge is £3.00
Orders £30.01 to £50.00, postage charge is £4.50
Orders £50.01 and over, postage charge is FREE
Express Post:
Orders up to the value of £30, postage charge is £8.00
Orders £30.01 to £50.00, postage charge is £12.50
Orders £50.01 to £200, postage charge is £15.00
Postal companies
We mostly use Hermes, Royal Mail and UPS. Though we may use other companies if we feel it would be safer or faster delivery option.
Multiple dispatches
Some orders may get dispatched in multiple parcels and on different dates. This is due to your order being manufactured in different locations and dispatched as and when a product is available. This avoids you having to wait longer for your entire order to arrive. There is no additional charge for us handling your order in this way.
Tracking your order
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to track your parcel with the postal company yourself. But if you require further assistance then please contact us and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
