"Benkei; Cry of the Crane" is a woodblock print created by Japanese artist Okumura Masanobu in the early 18th century. The artwork depicts a legendary warrior-monk named Benkei, who is known for his incredible strength and loyalty. In the print, Benkei is shown standing and holding a large oar and gazing up at a crane in the sky, which is emitting a loud cry.
